Upon initial assessment, our assisted living care team determines a senior care plan for each resident. This senior care assessment provides important information used to create a plan of care that meets each resident’s needs. On a regular basis, we review the service plan to ensure the resident at our assisted living homes is maintaining their optimum level of independence and we address any special issues or needs that arise. In addition to Private Pay options, we also take VA, Medicaid, as well as Long Term Care Insurance.
